'Genome' Medical Center
This medical center was constructed with a focus on Medical activities in an area of 5000 square meters in the city of Shiraz. Gene as a unit, that with the same details makes various overall views, has been in the interest of the design for this project. The entire facade is composed of one element, thus from different angles it offers different views. The facade is exposed to the southwest sunlight so it’s designed to be protected by the shades so that in addition to enjoying the skylight, the disturbing light would not enter the building. Aluminum panels are rotated parametrically so that each section receives a suitable amount of sunlight regarding its function. The side walls of the building with changes in facade algorithm are suited for planting trees. Iran - Shiraz 2009-2012
